Responsibilities

| Nick, as a Vice President at Highlander, is responsible for overseeing our liquid and alternative assets under management, including the firm’s internal public equity portfolio and yield-oriented investments, as well as investment partnerships for private equity, real estate and credit oriented investment strategies. He is primarily responsible for managing the internal public equity portfolio, where he spends a substantial amount of time analyzing individual equities across a range of industries, as well as actively managing the portfolio and monitoring financial markets.

Experience

| Nick joined Highlander Partners in 2013 as an Associate and was promoted to Vice President in 2016. As an Associate, he supported the private equity team on buyout, recapitalization, and growth financing transactions; he also assisted in overseeing the firm’s liquid investments and alternative assets under management. Prior to joining Highlander, he served as an Analyst from 2008 to 2011 and Senior Analyst from 2011 to 2013 at Highlander Partners Healthcare Fund (HPHF), an affiliate Hedge Fund of Highlander. While at HPHF he developed extensive knowledge of portfolio management and acquired broad analytical skills related to research, valuation and financial modeling.
