Responsibilities
| James joined Highlander in 2021 and focuses on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain across Highlander's portfolio companies. He is responsible for identifying and capturing supply chain improvement opportunities to drive near-term value and unlock new opportunities for growth.
Experience
| Prior to joining Highlander, James served as Sr. Director of Strategy for Sally Beauty Corporation where he led strategic planning and growth initiatives. From 2016 to 2020, James served as Director of Strategy & Operations for Levi Strauss & Co, accelerating their international retail expansion. From 2008 to 2016, James worked as a Management Consultant for A.T. Kearney in their Consumer Practice. In this role, James focused on growth strategy, profit improvement, and supply chain efficiency for CPG and Retail clients.
