Responsibilities
| J., as a Vice President, works closely with management teams on buyout, recapitalization, and growth financing transactions across a variety of industries. He also spends a substantial amount of time assessing potential investment opportunities, performing company valuations, and supporting the day-to-day activities in the transaction process, including managing due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio company monitoring.
