Responsibilities
| Chris joined Highlander in 2025 and focuses on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain across our portfolio companies. He identifies and executes supply chain and operational projects across the portfolio that drive near term value and facilitate growth.
Experience
| Prior to joining Highlander, Chris served as the EVP, Transformation and Logistics at Flowers Foods and held a variety of leadership roles across corporate strategy, corporate development, and transformation focused on supporting growth and driving out costs. Chris drove a multi-year digital transformation and delivered EBITDA savings across logistics and warehouse distribution. Chris also spent nearly 15 years in consulting as a Principal in Kearney’s Operations Practice. There he focused on cost and supply chain transformations for Fortune 500 CPG food and retail clients.
