Responsibilities
| Andrei is involved in all phases of a transaction process, from initial negotiations, to managing due diligence, transaction structuring and execution. On the side of portfolio management, Andrei works closely with management teams on buyout, recapitalization, growth financing transactions and new business development initiatives. Given his legal background, Andrei also offers support to the portfolio companies on relevant legal matters.
Experience
| Andrei joined Highlander Partners in 2021. Prior to joining Highlander, Andrei worked for RTPR (the Romanian office of Allen & Overy) for more than 10 years, specializing in M&A, antitrust and data protection. Throughout his legal career, Andrei has represented a wide variety of private equity firms and individuals in complex M&A transactions in Romania.
